Room to Breathe Again

Ever feel like no matter how much you learn or try to implement…it still feels like you’re behind?

There’s so much information out there — strategies, supplements, protocols, podcasts — especially when you’re someone who cares deeply about doing life well. And what if you’re raising kids, have clients, or are mentoring others? The pressure to keep up or find the “right answers” keeps building.

I say this as someone trained at MIT to process huge amounts of data. And even I’ve found myself in seasons where all the input feels overwhelming. Where instead of clarity, I feel scattered. Like I’m running to keep up, but unsure if I’m actually moving forward.

What’s helped me? The willingness to step away, even for a few minutes.

A walk. A quiet pause. A conversation with Rachelle over lunch that grounds and reconnects me.

In those moments, the noise settles, and often the clarity I’ve been searching for rises to the surface.

Sometimes it’s a thought. Sometimes it’s a conversation or a phrase in a book.

But it always starts with space.

What helps you clear the noise and come back to center?

Let’s make room to breathe again.

Ready for game-changing insights that’ll help you feel your best and empower you to create a life you love?
