Here’s a tip I’ve been sharing with my family and team as so many feelings and possibilities are stirring in us — and many of us may feel some overwhelm or disappointment at not already being where we want to be in business or in life.

Lay a new track
One new track — like a piece of train track — each day for the next 21 days.
This could be a step you sow into a key relationship daily, a renewal or new step in your morning routine, a business action you want to take each day, or a key step for your health.
It doesn’t have to be “big”.
The key is to decide.
And then lay this one new piece of track each day for the next 21 days to create a new path — and a new momentum — in the direction you want to head in this area you’ve chosen as key for you in the New Year.
